Principles of personal data processing
Business company VYKOM s.r.o., registered office at Kumburský Újezd 104, 509 01 Nová Paka, IČ: 25281526, registered in the commercial register maintained by the Regional Court in the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, section C, file 12567 (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator") hereby in accordance with by the provisions of Article 12 et seq. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council effective from 25/05/2018 informs its customers about the processing of their personal data in case they use their services.
Personal data
Your following personal data will be processed by the administrator:
- name and surname,
- address,
- telephone number,
- e-mail,
- in the case of business persons, ID number, VAT number (hereafter referred to as "personal data")
Purpose of processing
The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill the administrator's legal obligations arising from the content of the contract between you as a buyer and the administrator as a seller, and to fulfill the administrator's legal obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data processed for the fulfillment of obligations arising from special legal regulations may be transferred to law enforcement authorities in justified cases. The administrator may also provide the personal data provided by you to the following entities:

The legal reason here is the fulfillment of obligations from the concluded contract with the data subject, as well as the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party. Personal data belonging to the group of special categories of personal data are not transferred.
Obligation to provide personal data
It is necessary to provide personal data to the administrator in order to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the content of the concluded contract.
Processing time
Personal data may be processed by the administrator for the time necessary to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the concluded contract, or for the time necessary to resolve disputes originating in the concluded contract.
Instructing the data subject
VYKOM s.r.o. informs its customers that they have the right to:
- obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not the personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, they have the right to access such personal data and the following information: purposes of processing, categories of personal data concerned, recipients or categories of recipients, to whom the personal data have been or will be made available, in particular recipients in third countries or in international organizations, the planned period for which the personal data will be stored, or if it cannot be determined, the criteria used to determine this period, the existence of the right to request correction from the controller or erasure of personal data relating to the data subject or restriction of their processing or to object to this processing, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- for the Administrator to correct inaccurate personal data concerning them without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of processing, they have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.
- for the Administrator to delete the personal data concerning them without undue delay, and the Administrator is obliged to delete the personal data without undue delay if one of the following reasons is given: the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, the customer withdraws consent and there is no other legal title for their processing, personal data have been processed unlawfully, personal data must be deleted to fulfill a legal obligation set out in the law of the Union or a Member State that applies to the controller.
- for the Administrator to limit the processing of their personal data, if they deny their accuracy for the time of verification of this fact by the Administrator, the processing is illegal, and the Administrators request their limited processing instead of deletion, the data are no longer needed for the purpose of processing, but I need them for identification, performance or defense legal claims.
- for the Administrator to transfer their personal data to another Administrator designated by them at their request.
- object to the processing of my personal data by the Administrator.
- in case of doubt as to whether their personal data is being processed by the Administrator in accordance with the aforementioned legal regulations, contact both the Administrator and the Office for Personal Data Protection.
